Großes SC:BW Invitational auf ESL-TV
Unser langjähriger StarCraft Moderator Uli 'FlyingDJ' Schulze ist zwar weiter gezogen, StarCraft erhält sich natürlich dennoch seinen Sendeplatz! Der Einstand der SC:BW Show mit ihrem neuen Moderator Dennis 'TaKe' Gehlen wird mit einem ESL TV Invite gefeiert. Die zwölf besten StarCraft Spieler Deutschlands treten über vier Wochen lang gegeneinander an - die spannendsten Partien werden live moderiert.

Alles neu mit 1.5
Drei Tage ist es her das der lang erwartete Patch 1.5 für Battlefield 2 endlich erschienen ist. Nach den ersten Tests ist der Patch nun auch bei uns angekommen.
Daher stellen wir die Sektion um. Die Patch- Version 1.41 wird daher in die ewigen Jagdgründe geschickt um gleichzeitig Platz für die Version 1.5 zu machen. Diese wird ab sofort für alle Laddern zu Pflicht.
Die meisten von Euch werden den Patch schon auf Herz und Nieren getestet haben, doch es soll auch User geben die dazu bisher keine Zeit hatten. Deshalb haben wir einen Admin und einen User, aus der Battlefield Community, nach ihrer Meinung gefragt. Im Folgenden könnt ihr die Antworten lesen....

ClanBase newsletter returns for September! Welcome back to the ClanBase newsletter, featuring the Fall 2009 Cup Season and EuroCup XX!
ClanBase opens the EC/OC Fall 2009 Cup season
ClanBase is proud to announce the start of the Fall 2009 Cup Season. Signups are now open and are due to close on Sept. 13. We have also revised the list of cups which we plan to run this season, including the addition of three new games!
The Fall 2009 Cup season in which ClanBase hosts a mixture of OpenCups and EuroCups is starting in September and ending just before Christmas (towards the end of December).
VIP Giveaway - COD:WaW Map Pack token extravaganza
Instead of raffling just one prize this month, we are going crazy and giving all our existing VIP's a COD:WAW Map Pack 3 Xbox 360 token.
Furthermore, we will give a COD:WAW Map Pack 2 Xbox 360 token to the first 600 users that sign up for a 12 month VIP membership.
Usually they sell for 800 Microsoft Points ($10) each, but we are giving them to VIP members for free, courtesy of Activision, so there is more than $10.000 up for COD:WAW grabs.
Looking for new Call Of Duty 4 supervisors
ClanBase is looking for new Call of Duty 4 supervisors.
The primary responsibilities of a supervisor are to handle conflicts, join applications and ladder feedback, and to provide basic support for our users. In addition, the candidate is expected to act as the link between ClanBase and the community, so it is vital that the recruit communicates frequently with both parties.
